Roasted Radishes with Thyme

Radishes are often an afterthought relegated to a topping on the salad bar. We hope you will try these and make roasted radishes the star side dish to your dinner.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. To a large bowl, add radishes, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine. Place mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 35 minutes, stirring halfway through. Once done, serve and enjoy!
