Salsa Fresca De Arándanos

From cooking instructor Wendy Cannon: Fresh cranberry season is always exciting! I like to make my cranberry-blueberry bread and fresh cranberry sauce. I got a huge bag this year and was searching for other things to make with them when I found this recipe for salsa on Mel's Kitchen Cafe. It was the surprise hit of our family New Year's Eve party.

Combine todos los ingredientes en un procesador de alimentos o licuadora, y pulse hasta que se mezclen y tenga la textura que desea. Si tiene un procesador pequeño, puede mezclar en lotes más pequeños. Refrigere por lo menos 2 horas para permitir que los sabores se mezclen. Servir con chips de tortilla.
