Swiss Chard Salad

Swiss chard is a beautiful green that is plentiful in the cooler growing times - spring and fall. We are always looking for other ways to use this vegetable in our recipes and thought a salad would be a fresh, new way!

Method

Put swiss chard in a bowl. Top with celery, scallion, apples, walnuts, and blue cheese. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
